Data controller

The service is operated by E2 Consulting, part of the E2 ecosystem. For any question about your data: e2consulting@netc.fr.

Data we collect

We only collect what the service needs to work:

• Account: email address, user ID, authentication data (hashed password, second factor when enabled).
• Content: briefs, outlines, slides, speaker notes, imported documents and generated or uploaded images.
• Billing: current plan, payment history and transaction IDs provided by the payment provider (we never store card numbers).
• Security: connected devices, sign-in timestamps and admin access logs.
• Technical usage: server logs and aggregated audience metrics.

Purposes and legal basis

Performance of the contract: account creation, webinar generation and editing, export, billing.

Legitimate interest: service security, abuse prevention, device limits, product improvement.

Legal obligation: retention of accounting records.

Consent: optional product updates, withdrawable at any time.

Artificial intelligence

Outlines, slides, speaker notes and images are produced with third-party AI models. Content you submit is sent to them solely to produce your result and is not used to train those models. Avoid putting sensitive data or third-party personal data in your briefs.

Sharing and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed only by the providers required to run the service: hosting and database, AI model providers, payment providers (Stripe for Europe, PayDunya for West Africa) and a transactional email provider.

Your image library is private by default; nothing is shared publicly without an explicit action from you.

Retention

Account and content: for the lifetime of the account, then deleted when the account is closed.

Accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.

Technical and access logs: 12 months maximum.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and to data portability. You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings, or write to e2consulting@netc.fr. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary (session, security, language preference). No advertising cookies are set.

Security

Encrypted transport, per-account data isolation, row-level access control in the database, device limits and two-factor authentication available on paid plans.
